Delivery Time

Local orders take place within 3-7 working days depending on product availability. Orders are processed within 24 hours and mostly scheduled for delivery on the same day. Timely delivery depends on the available stocks and the payment authorization. In some cases, we might request some form of payment verification or source to process the order.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID from shipping companies through email and SMS. You can log on to their respective Dashboard and check the status.

Number of delivery Attempts made by Courier Agent

The agents of our onboard courier companies mostly make two attempts and in most cases, the agent makes a call before the delivery attempt. On the second failure, the item was returned to us.

• Some factors include delivery areas, destination, and our service providers. This delivery period may be affected by the courier company hence we are not responsible for any delays. It is also important to note that the time taken for delivery depends on the size and availability of the design of the order that is being placed.
• For items in stock with us your order is shipped within 1-3 working days of placing the order and once shipped it will take 6-7 working days to get to you in most cases. For the products that are out of stock, delivery time will arranged over the phone or the e-mail address of the team member.
