At Gulzeh, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we would facilitate the return and exchange process for the items purchased from our website. Given below is our return and exchange policy, so please take time to study it so that you can meet all the requirements before requesting a return or exchange.
Items on Sale should be exchanged on the availability of the product.
If your product is damaged, defective incorrect, or missing order at the time of delivery Make a Video Clearly showing complete products or orders with the concerned reason.
Make sure to file a refund request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp at 0300-4683388 (11 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday).
This policy applies in the case of orders that are to be delivered in Pakistan only. For our international customers, more details will be provided below.
Products purchased must be returned to Gulzeh within 7 Business days of the delivery.
Other restrictions include not returning or exchanging an item if it was purchased to be used for a bridal or a customized order.
We allow returns of any item that the customer did not wear, or use, and has manufacturer’s tags and invoice still attached to it.
If exchange is done then the customer has to pay the price difference.
If the requested exchange item is not available, then the credit will be given in the store equal to the value of the item.
For prepaid orders, a refund may be claimed if only partially, within 48 hours of placing the order; processing of this request should not take more than 7 working days.
Store credit will be valid for 3 months.
International orders cannot be returned or exchanged except if the received product is wrong or damaged and delivery charges may vary mostly costs to customer.
It is suggested to make a video of opening the package as a record that the item arrived damaged or of the wrong size or color.
Prepaid international call orders can only be partially refunded in 7 Days if the order was not shipped.
Conditions of Return & Exchange
The product must be returned in its original pack without fold, all the tags should be on the product.
This is because we have the right to reject the requested return or exchange. After all, the product is not in compliance with the set standards as they are determined by the inspecting team.
For exchanges, the status of the product should be captured in a video and sent to the customer service team through WhatsApp at 0300-4683388.
Refund & Exchange Process
On confirmation, the amount could be remitted back to the card from which the payment was made or in case of COD you have to provide an account for payment or receive an e-coupon redeemable at the site. The refund process takes a minimum of 7 working days to complete.
This is possible by getting in touch with the customer service representatives to request for cancellation of the order before processing. After that, the return and exchange policy of orders will come into force after processing the order.
